New plea to try to find missing Fife man Allan Bryant
ByThe Courier Reporter
The family of a missing Fife man are hoping visitors to this week’s Links Market can help in the search for their son.
Allan Bryant Jr has not been seen since the early hours of Sunday November 3 after leaving Styx nightclub in Glenrothes.
Despite a massive police search and repeated appeals for information by his family, Allan’s whereabouts remain unknown.
The parents of the 24 year-old, Allan Sr and Marie, have arranged for a banner to be erected and flyers to be handed out at this week’s Links Market in Kirkcaldy in a bid to keep the disappearance in the spotlight.
“Things are still hard for us,” said Allan Sr.
“The police divers were out last week and we’ve just been sitting waiting to hear something.
“We’ve given the police laminated posters to hand out and we’ve also got a large banner and that is going to be put up at the entrance to the fair.
“It’s all about keeping Allan in the public eye and hopefully, that might jog somebody’s memory.”
