Hundreds of mourners turned out to say farewell to tragic Fife tot Madison Horn, who died last month.
Family, friends and neighbours wore pink in tribute to the two-year-old who lost her life on Easter Sunday.
White horses, sporting pink plumes, led the funeral cortege to Kelty Parish Church where the service was held on Monday.
The church was packed for the service and many stood outside to pay their last respects.
The close-knit former mining community of Kelty had rallied round the family in the days and weeks after the youngster died.
Through a series of fundraisers and donations, including door-to-door collections, villagers raised more than £5,000 for the tot’s funeral.
The village also came together to light Chinese lanterns.
Hundreds turned out to pay their respects.
The tragedy unfolded when emergency services were called to the flat in which Madison lived with her mother, Anne Marie White, 21, on Sunday April 20.
The youngster was rushed by ambulance to the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy but was later pronounced dead.
In the days that followed, her distraught family paid tribute to the youngster, talking of the happy life that should have lain ahead.
The family said she was a “beautiful little girl who had a smile for everyone and a happy life ahead of her.
“She was a much loved daughter who will be sorely missed by all who knew her.”
Kevin Barry Park, 26, has been charged with the murder of the toddler.
