A 64-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries last night after an accident on Main Street, Dunshalt.
Police appealed for witnesses following the collision, which happened around 6pm.
Police said a silver Honda CRV, driven by the man who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was involved in a collision with a parked and unattended van.
Fife Constabulary head of road policing, Chief Inspector Adrian Annandale, said: “We are currently investigating this collision and I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed it, or indeed has any relevant information to contact the police on 0845 600 5702.”
