Early-morning fire at Glenrothes flats

Firefighters tackled a blaze at a second-floor flat in Claymore Drive, Glenrothes, at 5.40am on Saturday.

The fire in the four-storey block was limited to the entrance doorway of the property.

The ambulance service attended but their services were not required, a fire service spokeswoman said.
