Cowdenbeath Football Club was struck by thieves in early hours of Saturday morning.
It is understood a steel shutter and glass window on the club shop at Central Park were smashed.
Merchandise worth more than £1000 was stolen, including new 2015/2016 season away jerseys.
Police Scotland confirmed it was investigating the incident and reviewing CCTV footage.
A statement on the club’s Facebook page said: “Cowdenbeath FC is a community club at the heart of a town with a great community spirit and there will be widespread condemnation for those involved.
“The matter is now in the hands of the local police and Cowdenbeath FC would be grateful for any information received from the public which helps lead to a conviction for the perpetrators.”
