Window of opportunity for Fife tennis club as firm backs tournament

Aberdour Tennis Club is the first to benefit from a new sporting initiative launched by CR Smith.

The home improvements firm is supporting the Aberdour Festival Open tennis tournament, which takes place next month.

As part of CR Skills initiative, the company is sponsoring the under 18s and under 14s championships.

Gareth McCluskey, head of marketing at CR Smith, said: “We chose to sponsor the junior championships because these fit with the aims of CR Skills, our initiative to celebrate the benefits of sport and sporting values and how they encourage, motivate and shape young people for adulthood.
