All roads lead to St Andrews for the annual Lammas Market.
Running from August 7 and 11, the medieval market promises something for all the family.
There will be a funfair and continental market in Market Street and funfair and stalls in South Street.
Fife Council parks and community officer Keith Jackson said: “No matter your age, the Lammas Market caters for everyone there are funfair rides, market stalls, food and drink and a continental market to attract visitors.”
He added that the council worked closely with St Andrews Merchants Association and despite road closures the shops and businesses would be open as normal.
