JD Wetherspoon unveils plans for Threeways Inn site in Leven
ByThe Courier Reporter
JD Wetherspoon’s plans to breathe new life into a derelict Leven pub have been submitted to Fife Council.
A detailed planning application has been received from the UK pub giant for the former Threeways Inn site on North Street, which has lain empty since 1998.
The proposal involves refurbishing and renovating the existing building, which the company said would be a positive contribution to the community.
Wetherspoon has held the freehold for the three-storey building since 2010 and intends to change it dramatically.
The plan is to site an eating and drinking area on the ground floor, along with a kitchen.
