Man exposes himself to teenage girl near Methil pub

A teenage girl has been left “very shocked” after a man exposed himself to her near a pub in Methil.
The incident happened on Methil Brae, near the Argyle Bar, at around noon on Monday.
Police say the 14-year-old girl was walking in the street when the man approached and exposed himself.
She went home and reported the incident to police.
The suspect is described as white, late twenties to early thirties, with an average build.
He was wearing grey jogging bottoms, a black hooded top and a baseball cap.
He may have been drinking alcohol.
Detective Sergeant Alex Raeside said: “While the young girl was not injured during this incident, she was left very shocked and shaken and we are pursuing various lines of investigation to trace the male responsible.
“Anyone who remembers seeing anything suspicious in the Methil Brae area around midday on Monday or who can help us identify the suspect is asked to contact police immediately.”
