A man escaped injury when his car overturned on a busy dual-carriageway in Kirkcaldy. The silver MG flipped on to its roof when the driver lost control of the vehicle on Chapel Level at about 1pm on Saturday. Paramedics rushed to the scene but the man, who was travelling alone, got out of the upside-down car unhurt and was not taken to hospital. A small section of the road near Rosemount Avenue was closed and traffic diverted while police dealt with the incident. No other vehicle was involved.
