A Fife road has reopened two days after being shut due to severe flooding. Traffic is back on the A91 between St Andrews and Guardbridge. Temporary traffic lights have been installed to allow minor drainage works to be completed but are expected to be removed on Saturday. Traffic was diverted via the B939 Strathkinness road while water was pumped from the route. Efforts to clear the road were hampered by persistent heavy rain
