A Kincardine man caused a disturbance on the day of his mother’s funeral, a court has heard.
Steven Galbraith, 42, of Lansdowne Crescent, admitted damaging property at Forth View on January 27, driving a car without a full licence and insurance while unfit to do so.
Depute fiscal Gary McMullan said Galbraith was seen staggering outside his dad’s home at around 10.30pm, picking up bricks and slabs before breaking windows with them.
Solicitor James Moncrieff said alcohol had been consumed.
Sheriff Eric Brown fined Galbraith £700, disqualified him for a year and imposed a community payback order with 18 months supervision.
