Kirkcaldy bank robbery probe: Police release images of items worn by abduction suspect
ByJonathan Watson
Police have released images of clothing worn by a man who allegedly abducted a taxi driver and robbed a bank in Kirkcaldy last month.
A 40-year-old was charged last week after being detained at a property in Lochgelly but police say they are looking for two other men.
Releasing images of a hooded top and pair of sunglasses, DI Charlie Duncan, who is leading the enquiry, said: “We have made significant progress during the inquiry and are still keen to trace anyone who can identify clothing worn by the person who abducted the taxi driver that day.
“Someone will know the individual who no longer has these sunglasses or hooded top and I would ask that they come forward and provide their details to the police.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
