Glenrothes man celebrates 21st birthday in roundabout sort of way

Most 21-year-olds celebrate their coming of age with a night on the town but a Glenrothes lad has gone one step further.

Andrew Reidpath’s family clubbed together to sponsor a roundabout in his name through Fife Council (Glenrothes area) and Take a Pride in Glenrothes.

Andrew who has Asperger syndrome has an encyclopaedic knowledge of roads and roundabouts and could direct you from one end of the country to the other no map required.

In the Glenrothes area, some 26 businesses and groups are sponsoring the roundabouts and floral beds.
