An iconic cinematic image was recreated on May 31 as athletes gathered at St Andrews West Sands for an annual fun run. The Chariots of Fire 5km saw hundreds of runners take to the beach, many choosing to sport the all-white clothing inspired by the film of the same name. The feature, now in its fourth year, has quickly established itself as one of the towns main events.
