Police have issued an appeal for help after a substantial quantity of medication was lost on a Fife bus.
Officers revealed that a man left more than 800 tablets in a blue carrier bag on the X62 Kirkcaldy to Lower Methil service at around 10.10pm on Wednesday evening.
The bag contained 720 gabapentin tablets, 84 diazepam tablets and eight tedalafil tablets, which have yet to be recovered.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Anyone who comes into possession of these drugs is asked to hand them into their local police station.
“The pills can have a serious impact on your health if not taken by the prescribed user and so anyone who finds them is urged not to consume them for personal use.”
