Police are investigating after cars were damaged in a series of vandalism attacks in Kirkcaldy over the weekend.
At least six cars were damaged on Townsend Place and Mitchell Place, and further cars are believed to have been damaged on Dunnikier Road. The incidents took place between 7pm on Saturday and 11pm on Sunday.
Sergeant Paul Thomson from Police Scotland said: “This type of vandalism is costly to owners, with the cost of damage to these cars estimated at £600.
“Damage included windscreen wipers being snapped off and glass from wing mirrors being forcibly removed.”
Police have confirmed the damage is not being linked to a mass gathering of car fans who met in the town on Saturday night for a tribute to Hollywood star Paul Walker.
