Further court appearances have taken place in connection with the death of 26-year-old Fife man Arif Mahmood.
Two men, aged 25 and 29, and a 23-year-old woman appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court last Monday charged with assault.
In a further appearance on Wednesday, Shaun Mitchell, 29, had his case committed for further examination and was granted bail. He made no plea or declaration.
Gavin Edward Kirkcaldy, 25, also had his case committed. He made no plea or declaration to charges of culpable and reckless conduct and was released on bail.
Clare Janet Wallace Buchanan, 23, made no plea or declaration to a charge of assault to danger of life. She had previously been granted bail.
Mr Mahmood was taken to Queen Margaret Hospital following the incident in Dunfermline around 2am on March 22.
