Teenagers suspected of causing £20,000 of damage to Fife schools

Two youths have been charged in connection with £20,000 of damage at several Dunfermline schools.
Police in Dunfermline confirmed a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old have been charged and reported to the Children’s Panel.
Area Inspector Phil Davison said: ”At Pitcorthie Primary School 45 windows were broken with a cost of repair estimated at over £10,000. Canmore Primary School too was targeted and eight large windows broken, which will cost around £6,000 to fix.
”Woodmill High School too suffered vandalism with 14 windows smashed, and here the cost of repair is estimated at around £6,000.”
