His body was found after police were called to the property on Tummel Road amid concerns for his welfare. The flat was cordoned off and forensic officers were seen entering the building. The man’s identity has not yet been revealed by police and a post-mortem will be carried out to determine how he died. A police spokeswoman said officers are pursuing a positive line of inquiry and would urge anyone with information to contact them on 101.
