Glenrothes man accused of Daniel Turner murder makes second court appearance

A Glenrothes man has made a second appearance in court charged with the murder of a 21-year-old in the town.
Ewan Dow, 25, appeared before a sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Tuesday accused of murdering Daniel Turner. Mr Turner died as a result of injuries he sustained during an alleged disturbance in Glenrothes several weeks ago.
Dow previously made no plea or declaration when faced with two charges of threatening and abusive behaviour, one of assault and one of murder.
Dow made no plea or declaration, the case was fully committed and the accused was remanded in custody.
