Police hunt after man’s indecent act in parked car in Cupar

Police are hunting a man seen carrying out an indecent act in a parked car in Cupar.
The incident happened in Westfield Road at around 8.10am on Wednesday and was witnessed by a young girl.
Sergeant Gary Combe of Cupar Police Station said: “This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour which occurred on a main thoroughfare during a time when members of the local community were likely to be in the area.
“It was extremely distressing for the young girl who witnessed it and we are urging anyone who has information about this incident, or who recognises the description of the vehicle, to come forward.”
The car involved was a turquoise or teal-coloured small hatchback.
