A 38-year-old man was injured as a series of assaults unfolded in Dunfermline.
Police have released CCTV images of a tattooed man they want to trace in connection with the incidents late on Saturday February 6.
The first attack took place at around 11.50pm at Tappie Toories bar in the Kirkgate area.
The 38-year-old victim sustained a facial injury and required medical treatment.
Two further incidents were reported on the same date near LIFE Nightclub, Kirkgate and The Brasshouse, Carnegie Drive.

He is described as 35-45 years old, between 5ft 7in and 5ft 10in tall and of medium build.
He has short brown hair and a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
At the time of the incidents he was wearing jeans, a dark t-shirt which was possibly a football shirt, a dark zip jacket open at the front, and white trainers.
Sergeant Neil McGurk of Dunfermline said: “These were unprovoked attacks and we are continuing with our inquiries to trace the suspect.
“The man pictured is of interest to our investigation and anyone who can help us establish his identity is urged to contact police immediately.”
