An appeal was made to trace Amar Sharif, 43, after his Hyundai left the road in the early hours of Sunday morning, near the A92 Five Roads Roundabout. There was concern for his wellbeing, however, following a public appeal, police have confirmed that Mr Sharif has been successfully traced.
