Nominations are now open for the 2016 Kingdom FM Local Hero Awards, co-sponsored by The Courier.
Names of individuals, organisations and groups can now be put forward via www.kingdomfm.co.uk/hero.
In recent years around 3000 nominees have been whittled down to finalists in 17 categories.
The awards will culminate on Friday August 26 when Kingdom FM hosts its annual Local Hero Awards dinner at the Rothes Halls in Glenrothes.
The gala award ceremony is hosted by Kingdom FM presenters and celebrates the work and contributions individuals, organisations and local schools have made to the community in Fife.
Over 300 guests will join the shortlisted nominees to publicly recognise the amazing achievements of Fife’s unsung heroes.
