Men to face trial over alleged sexual comments to schoolgirls in Fife
ByThe Courier Reporter
Three men are to stand trial in June accused of making “sexual comments” at two schoolgirls on a bus in Fife.
Andrew Gunn, George Stewart and William Williamson are alleged to have “behaved in a threatening and abusive manner” towards the two 15-year-olds during a bus journey between Anstruther and Leven on April 24 last year.
It is alleged the pair shouted, swore and made “inappropriate sexual comments” towards the girls on the bus.
Gunn, 38, of Leven Road, Windygates, Fife, Stewart, 32, of Perth, and Williamson, 29, of Lochside Cottages, Falkirk, denied a charge of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner on summary complaint at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday.
