Leo Stewart, 19, from Kirkcaldy, appeared on a petition at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court alleging sexual assault and sexual exposure. He made no plea or declaration, bail was refused and he was remanded in custody. He is expected to appear again at a later date. Stewart’s appearance was in connection with an alleged attack on a 26-year-old woman on Sunday September 13 in the town’s Turriff Place.
