At least two vehicles were targeted in the village during the early hours of Friday morning. Councillor John Wincott said: “Obviously this is very unfortunate, especially in the lead-up to Christmas.” PC Kayleigh Simpson asked the public to help the police to trace the culprits. “I am appealing to anyone who has any information about these incidents to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111,” she said.
