Former policeman accused of owning indecent images

A Dundee man has been accused of owning extreme porn and indecent images of children at the city’s sheriff court.
Hamish Tocher, 56, of Kinnettles Terrace, was charged with being in possession of indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children at his home address between December 25 2011 and March 20 2012.
He is also charged with, between the same dates and at the same address, having in his possession extreme pornographic images depicting in an explicit and realistic way bestiality.
Tocher made no plea or declaration when he appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday.
He was released on bail under the special conditions that he does not access the internet using a device which does not have the ability to read his viewing history, that he allows the police to see his viewing history, that he does not delete his viewing history and that he is not in possession of any software that allows him to delete his history.
