Two adults and a child were taken to hospital following a collision on the A9 near Dunkeld on Tuesday.
The accident took place southbound at around 11.10am and involved a silver Opel Meriva and a white Ford Transit camper van.
A 51-year-old French female passenger in the car had to be freed by a fire crew using hydraulic cutting equipment.
She was tended to at the scene by ambulance staff before being taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for further assessment of leg and chest injuries. Her condition is not believed to be life-threatening. The 51-year-old man driving the car also a French national was uninjured.
A 67-year-old man who was driving the camper van is understood to have sustained a cracked sternum while a seven-year-old girl, who was a passenger in the van, is believed to have broken bones in her foot. They were both taken to Perth Royal Infirmary.
A 67-year-old woman who was also in the van was unhurt. All three are understood to be from the west of Scotland.
A police spokesman said the road reopened fully at about 1.45pm. Police are carrying out inquiries and are appealing for any witnesses.
