Here’s a quick round-up of where you can go to celebrate Bonfire Night in Courier Country:

DUNDEE:Dundonians are being encouraged to be safe at tonight’s Dundee fireworks displays at Baxter and Lochee parks.

Organised by Dundee City Council, the events at the two parks attract tens of thousands of spectators every year.

The Scottish Fire Service, Police Scotland and Dundee City Council have urged city residents to attend the organised events rather than lighting their own bonfires at home.

The displays take place between 7pm and 7.25pm. Lighting of the bonfires is at 6.15pm.

Events at the Victoria park get under way from 4pm, with the firework display taking place at 7.30pm.

In addition to the fireworks display, there will be music, celebrations and attractions for kids of all ages.

With bands, a funfair and stalls, organsisers say it will be “the biggest and most spectacular fireworks festival ever seen in Arbroath.”
