Atholl Palace Hotel hoping to enjoy big day at Scottish Wedding Awards

Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry has been shortlisted for Best Venue in the Scottish Wedding Awards for a second consecutive year.

The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday February 24 in Glasgow and recognises the full spectrum of businesses which help to make each wedding in Scotland magical from DJs and make-up artists, to dressmakers and venues.

Atholl Palace was also awarded the title of one of the Best Venues in the regional category at the Scottish Wedding Awards 2014.

Diane Corcoran, wedding executive at Atholl Palace Hotel, told The Courier: “We are very excited to be shortlisted for Best Venue for a second time and are hoping to retain our title as the best wedding venue in the south east, as well as being crowned overall winner this time, too.

“The atmospheric backdrop of the Perthshire hills, with breath-taking views over the Highland countryside, combined with the baronial splendour of the hotel, provides couples with a truly unique location to tie the knot.”
