The incident, described as a ”terrifying experience”, took place around 10pm on Friday in the High Street. A police spokesman said: ”A woman was walking home after a meal with friends when she was approached by a man who made sexually inappropriate remarks. ”The woman involved was very alarmed and upset by what was a terrifying experience.” The man is described as between 5ft 6in to 10in, of dark European appearance, with short, dark brown hair and a foreign accent. He was wearing a dark, round neck T-shirt and light coloured trousers.
