Ian Bullions, who was 61, was fatally injured in a collision with a road roller on the A93 near Devil’s Elbow at Glenshee. Mr Bullions was originally from the Kirriemuir area but in recent years had been living abroad. Police are continuing to investigate the crash, and ask any witnesses to phone 101.
