The owner of the renowned Cairn O’ Mohr winery had the perfect reason to crack open a bottle of his favourite tipple after scooping a major award.
Ron Gillies from Errol picked up the “local supplier of the year” award at the Royal Highland Show.
The trophy was presented by Scottish Farmer magazine in conjunction with the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland.
The winery won the award after wowing judges with its range of drinks created from the famous Carse of Gowrie berries.
