The Kirkmichael Summer Festival brought the community together at the weekend, with activities and attractions for all the family.
The village hall was the venue for the opening event, the Kirkmichael Church Flower Festival, which featured a variety of local arts and crafts.
Milford Vintage Engineering exhibited their collection of restored vintage vehicles and there were refreshments, stalls and a barbecue at the village shop and session house.
On Sunday, local firefighters offered their services for car washing, there was a display by Mount Blair SWRI, and a football match.
There was also great fun as the annual Duck Race took place on the River Ardle.
Finally, a Songs of Praise service led by the Rev Dr Hugh Ormiston rounded off a busy weekend.
