Crash on A9 south of Dalwhinnie

The A9 was partially blocked in Highland Perthshire today following a two-vehicle accident.

One person was taken to hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.

Emergency services attended at the scene, four miles south of Dalwhinnie.

Motorists were warned to expect “longer than normal” journey times, but the road was fully reopened around 1pm.
