A man who admitted having sex in a public park in Perth will appear for sentence next month.
Fred Mills (50), of St Catherine’s Road, Perth, admits that on September 20 at the South Inch, Perth, he committed an act of public indecency in that he had sex with a woman.
He also admits a breach of the peace on the same day and location.
The court heard a man was walking his dog in the park at the South Inch around 4pm when he became aware of the accused and someone on a bench.
Depute fiscal Carol Whyte said: ”The accused had his trousers around his ankles and the woman had her lower clothing pulled down.
”She climbed on the man and the pair had sex. This witness expressed his displeasure.”
Sentence was deferred until January 26 for background reports and Mills was placed on the sex offenders register.
