VIDEO: Blairgowrie businesses get into the Ryder Cup swing

Firms in Blairgowrie have unveiled a light-hearted tribute to a major golfing event.
With fewer than four weeks until the Junior Ryder Cup takes place in the town, a promotional video has been created to promote the area.
It has been produced by Neil Rutherford from Blairgowrie Dental Practice, and follows an errant golf ball as it is driven from business to business, overlaid with humorous commentary and the BBC’s golf theme.
Among those showing their skills are Blairgowrie Farm Shop, HW Irvine Butcher, Graham Environmental Services, Cargill’s restaurant and A Proctor Group.
Mr Rutherford said: “Its purpose is to promote local business and to show how excited Blairgowrie is about hosting such a major event.
“It has proved very popular on our Facebook page and will be shown before this Sunday’s screening at the Strathmore Screen Cinema.”
