Lorraine Jeffrey appeared at Perth Sheriff Court yesterday and admitted the offence in Balmoral Road, Rattray, on November 22. Jeffrey (60), of Glenalmond Road, Rattray, was found with 51 mics of alcohol in her breath. The legal limit is 35. Jeffrey was fined £300 and banned from driving for a year.
