The three-year-old boy is believed to have been a pedestrian and suffered leg injuries. He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Ninewells Hospital. The incident occurred around 12.50pm on Crieff Road. Traffic was stopped for a time but the road reopened shortly afterwards.
