Warning after spate of thefts from properties in Perthshire

Hundreds of pounds worth of property have been stolen from garden sheds and vehicles in Highland Perthshire.
Thieves targeted the Bridge of Tilt and Blair Atholl areas on the evening of Monday March 31 and morning of Tuesday April 1.
Local officers are investigating the thefts and are also warning the communities to ensure that their properties and vehicles are kept secure at all times.
Meanwhile, detectives are also investigating a spate of break-ins and attempted break-ins in east Perthshire.
First to be targeted was a house in the tiny community of Campmuir at around 6pm on Monday March 31, followed soon after by a break-in at a house in Myreriggs, Blairgowrie.
A further break-in also took place at a house in Farm Road in Perth’s Gannochy area a short time later.
During the course of these incidents, three men were disturbed and made off.
They were driving in a silver hatchback car.
