Firefighters tackle blaze at Forteviot Farm

Firefighters spent several hours tackling a blaze on a Perthshire farm.

Four appliances from Perth and Auchterarder attended at Forteviot Farm at around 12.45pm on Sunday following reports of a digger on fire.

The flames then spread to a metal shed which contained 300 bales of hay.

Firefighters had to ferry water from Water of May, which lies about half a mile away from the scene.
