Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) rushed to a Perth golf course when a man became unwell.
Paramedics from the Scottish Ambulance Service were called to King James VI course on Moncreiffe Island at around 10.30am on Monday.
They found the man was suffering from an existing medical condition and arranged for him to be airlifted. The SCAA aircraft landed between the 1st and 18th tees and took the casualty to Ninewells Hospital.
It is not known if the man, who is in his sixties, was a golfer or staff member.
A spokesman for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 10.30am to a male who had collapsed due to a pre-existing medical condition.”
Pilot, Captain Russell Myles, said: “We were called to King James VI Golf Club on Moncreiffe Island. SCAA managed to land between the 1st tee and the 18th green and treated and airlifted patient to Ninewells Hospital.
“Flying the short distance from Perth Airport to King James VI Golf Course saw SCAA record its 200th flying hour since launch last May.”
