A Perthshire man accused of raping two women while they were sleeping has seen the charges dropped.
Wayne Cameron, 19, Abernethy Caravan Park, originally appeared on petition at Dundee Sheriff Court to face two charges.
It was alleged that between May 1 and May 31 2013 he raped a woman while she was asleep and incapable of giving consent.
He was further charged with raping a second woman while she was asleep between March 27 and April 4 2014.
He made no plea or declaration during the short hearing and the case against him was continued for further examination and Cameron was granted bail until his next court appearance.
