The incident happened at Kindallachan, south of Ballinluig, just before 12pm. Officers from Tayside Police closed the road in both directions to deal with the incident. Police described it as a “serious road traffic accident”. A Scottish Ambulance Service crew attended following reports of a male with head injuries, although he was described as being “fully alert”. Local weather conditions meant there was no local diversion route but police started directing traffic through the accident area around 3pm. However, they advised motorists to be patient and expect delays.
