With around 100 exhibits the model railway exhibition run by Perth and District Model Railway Club was their biggest so far. Large queues formed on Saturday outside the Dewars Centre as enthusiasts from all over the country waited for the doors to open. Gallery: Perth hosts model railway exhibition It has grown from modest beginnings in the Lesser City Hall 20 years ago to attracting clubs from as far afield as Southampton. Exhibition manager, Stan Moug, said the club was proud it was now regarded as the best of its kind in Scotland.
