Alcohol use is being put under the spotlight with the launch of a new survey across Tayside.
The anonymous Tayside Social Attitudes to Alcohol survey is being conducted by NHS Tayside on behalf of the Alcohol and Drugs Partnerships (ADPs) in Angus, Dundee and Perth & Kinross to improve understanding of people’s attitudes towards alcohol.
The online questionnaire has been designed to learn more about people’s experiences and views in a bid to identify issues, concerns and needs in the region.
Results from the survey will help to make improvements to the approach to tackle alcohol misuse in Tayside.
Director of public health Drew Walker said: “This survey is part of our efforts to encourage people in Tayside to develop a positive and healthy approach to alcohol.
“It will help us gain information on alcohol and what people’s attitudes are towards alcohol consumption.
