A Perth man has been forbidden from having noisy parties in his council property.
The Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) was made at Perth Sheriff Court against council tenant Martin Methven, of Bute Drive.
It came after numerous complaints were received alleging Mr Methven and visitors to his home were subjecting residents in the block of flats to various forms of anti-social behaviour including noisy parties and intimidation.
The order prohibits him from allowing loud music to be played, having more than two people in the house or intimidating residents or visitors.
The council said officers had unsuccessfully worked with him to avoid the penalty.
