Man due in court after Class A drugs found in car on M90

A man is expected to appear at Perth Sheriff Court today after Class A drugs worth over £77,000 were recovered during an operation on the M90 on Thursday.

Police say the drugs were found as the result of an intelligence-led operation.

The drugs were found in a vehicle stopped near the Craigend interchange of the motorway south of Bridge of Earn.

A 46-year-old man has been charged in connection with the matter.

He is expected to appear at Perth Sheriff Court today.
